So that is a huge tax in itself, even though it's not income tax. So Obama lied when he said those earning under $200,000 won't be taxed. He also promised the stimulus would bring unemployment to 8%. Another lie. And he wants abortion funded by the taxpayer instead of leaving it private? And he also wants foreign companies to fund Pol. campaigns. WTF!
